Personal Data Controller

Recipients of Personal Data
The recipients of personal data in connection with the achievement of the purposes may include:
- persons authorized by the Controller – employees and collaborators,
- entities to whom the Controller has entrusted the processing of personal data (data processors) on the basis of concluded agreements,
- entities to whom the Controller is obliged to disclose data under applicable laws,
- data recipients such as couriers and banks.
The processed personal data are not transferred to a third country or an international organization.
Data Retention Period
Personal data will be processed by the Controller for the period necessary to achieve the purposes:
- in connection with the performance of a concluded contract – until its completion, and thereafter for the period and to the extent required by law, in particular provisions concerning the storage of accounting documentation or for the purpose of securing potential claims,
- in connection with the marketing of products and services offered by the Controller – until consent for such processing is withdrawn.
Rights of Data Subjects
The rights granted to data subjects whose data we process include:
- the right of access to data – Article 15 GDPR,
- the right to rectification of data – Article 16 GDPR,
- the right to erasure of data – Article 17 GDPR,
- the right to restriction of processing – Article 18 GDPR,
- the right to data portability – Article 20 GDPR,
- the right to object to processing – Article 21 GDPR.
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, if the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
Voluntary Provision of Data
The provision of personal data for any purpose is voluntary; however, in some cases (such as entering into a contract – purchasing a product, handling complaints, returns, or providing other services offered by TURMIS Sp. z o.o.) it is necessary for their performance. Failure to provide data will result in the inability of TURMIS Sp. z o.o. to provide these services.
Profiling and Marketing
As part of direct marketing – in order to offer you our products and services, including tailoring them to your needs – we may use profiling. These activities do not produce legal effects with regard to you. You have the right to object to direct marketing.
